The TSOP range is designed for applications requiring very precise handling.
The hexagonal rod prevents the suction pad from rotating.

- The extensions in series L allow gripping on various levels from the same installation plate. These extensions can be adjusted at different heights.This system is especially useful for 2.5 bellows type suction cups, as height adjustment is made easier by the deflection of the suction cup.
- class compact spring systems TS1.17

- The spring system in series TS 1.17 can be fitted on all suction cups ingroup 1 (VP, VSA, VS with diameters of between 5 and 25 mm) for IM21 andon suction cups in series VPG 5 to 20.
- Axial ball joints IMUKGL - IMU

- Ball joints in series IMU and IMUKGL are recommended for the gripping of dished products or rotating products. Fitted on a flat suction cup, they transmit more force than a bellows type suction cup. Model IMU 14 M10M is designed to be fitted on suction cups in series VPG60 to 95.
- Piloted safety valves CSP

- The safety valve in series CSP is a useful safety device in the event of loss of vacuum or emergency stop as it maintains the vacuum in the suction cup. Release is obtained by connecting the ancillary coupling to the pressure.
- Mechanical feelers PMG2

- The mechanical feelers in series PMG2 are fitted on flat suction cups in series Vwith diameters of between 30 and 60 mm of all materials (suction cups in group 2). The mechanical feeler protrudes on the suction cup and blanks off the route of the vacuum.The feeler is actuated by contact with the object and opens, so freeing theroute of the vacuum.

- With a centralized vacuum and no load under the suction cup, the feelershuts off the vacuum inlet by means of the suction flow.
- Foam strips BM

- Foam strips are suitable for the gripping of products with an irregular orstriated surface.• Sawn wood, metal sheets, flat surfaces with bumps or hollows.• All grainy surfaces on which the lips of the suction cup cannot grip properlyso that tight sealing is impossible.
- Systems with 4 compensed springs RSC

- The system of 4 compensated springs is particularly recommended for horizontal handling requiring large diameter suction pads. The upper stainless steel springs act as dampers for all vertical movements. They compensate for different levels between the suction pads. The system of 4 compensated springs mounted in a square gives the assembly a ball-joint effect.
- Sensor valves for porous products PBP

- The PBP series leak sensing valve is suitable for miscellaneous gripping of very porous products such as cardboard and particle board, etc. The permanent leakage of the PBA series valve is not great enough to compensate for the porosity of the cardboard.
The leak sensing valve is also recommended for very dusty objects such as wood.
Please consult us to calculate the flow needed from the vacuum source, depending on the porosity of the load to be handled.

- Suction pad nozzle fittings

- This fittings are designed for installations with a large number of suction pads connected to the same vacuum generator (vacuum chamber technology), in particular for cases where there may be objects missing from the layer of objects to be handled. Using nozzle fittings reduces the loss of flow and therefore optimizes the size of the vacuum generator.
Caution, do not use this type of fitting for applications in a dusty environment.
