modular vacuum generators
modular vacuum generatorsThe modular range offers multiple models and technical features following your type of gripping and your technical constraints. Advantages: noise reduction, low energy consumption, longer durability…
class GVP
class GVP
The GVP series vacuum pumps are the simplest in the modular range. They exist in 5 levels of power (evacuation time) and 3 different levels of maximum vacuum:
- Version X (50% vacuum for very porous products).
- Version T (75% vacuum for porous products).
- Version N (90% vacuum for air-tight products).
For the same nozzle diameter, the suction flow increases proportionally to the decrease in the maximum vacuum level. In addition to suction pads, they can also be used for dosing liquid, spraying and tank depressurization.

class GVC
class GVC
GVC series vacuum pumps are vacuum pumps with automatic blow-off. This characteristic allows the gripped object to be automatically released and thus accelerates throughput and simplifies venturi vacuum pump wiring. For vacuum generation control, refer to the GVCS range. The addition of a 1/8 gas fitting to the capacity allows an additional compressed air tank to be connected in order to increase blow-off capacity e.g. for large diameter suction pads.

class GVCS
class GVCS
GVCS series vacuum pumps are identical in design to the GVC series. Their specific characteristic is the control of vacuum generation by integrated valve. The valve control function speeds up response time and facilitates wiring by integrating all the functions. For longer blow-off, please refer to the GVPD range. The addition of a 1/8 gas fitting to the capacity allows an additional compressed air tank to be connected in order to increase blow-off capacity e.g. for large diameter suction pads.

class GVPS
class GVPS
GVPS series vacuum pumps control vacuum generation using an integrated valve. This installation simplifies wiring and reduces vacuum pump response times.
The valve is electrically controlled (24 V DC).

class GVPD
class GVPD
GVPD series vacuum pumps control vacuum generation and blow-off (adjustable flow). Controlling the force and duration of blow-off accelerates gripping/release rates, cleans objects before gripping and improves releasing process for large diameter suction pads.

class GVS
class GVS
GVS series vacuum pumps are commonly known as safety vacuum pumps. Like the GVPD series pumps, they integrate vacuum generation and blow-off (adjustable flow). In addition, two safety check valves hermetically blank off the vacuum circuit
in the event of failure of either of the two power sources (electric and/or pneumatic) thus ensuring that object(s) remain gripped. Caution: Objects to be handled must be air-tight.
